You might think that letting a pack of energetic puppies into a yoga class would spell disaster. After all, our tiny, four-legged friends aren’t exactly known for being calm! However, consider this. Have you ever felt troubled while petting a cute dog? Exactly. That’s why one studio specializes in puppy yoga classes for maximum stress relief!
If you’re not convinced, just check out Muskoka Puppy Yoga on social media. Their classroom videos demonstrate just how much everyone loves sharing the studio with a bunch of friendly pooches! You’ve never seen so many smiling — and, dare we say, relaxed — faces!
In one precious clip, the class was besieged by a horde of teeny Italian greyhound puppies. Everyone laughed as these sweet animals chased each other around the room without a care in the world. While students stretched their bodies in different poses, the little dogs playfully jumped on them and begged for kisses. One lucky woman ended up with a pile of pooches curled up in her lap! We think it’s safe to say that this round of puppy yoga was a big success.
